Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. The 'Ship' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. In most cases the item will ship within 24 hours after you place the order. This does not include weekends as our office is closed Saturday and Sunday. While True Potential works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The price of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all prices will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Media mail usually arrives 4-7 days after the ship date within the United States.
For customers that wish to order outside the United States, we offer air service, which usually arrives 1-2 weeks after the shipped date.

All orders will go through the USPS.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Shipping costs to return books are at customer’s expense, except when merchandise is sent in error or arrives at the destination damaged in transit. Damaged packages must be declared to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement item will be sent out as soon as we have proof of return transit, such as a tracking number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and thetime it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us by using the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website. When we receive your request, please send the item back to us with tracking and insurance shipment. Use the order number from your account page to help expedite the process.
